Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
- Oversee all quality control activities, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize quality processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in solar or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
