Roles:
- Desktop Installation and Troubleshooting
- Network Troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing Desktop< Network Problem and to resolve
- Troubleshooting Netwok & Server Problem and to resolve
- Lifecycle Management: Unbox, image, and deploy customized laptops or desktops to new company employees.
- Defect Diagnostics: Run POST (Power-On Self-Test) routines to pinpoint faulty RAM or failing motherboard chipsets.
- Inventory Control: Document serial numbers, MAC addresses, and warranty statuses in the company asset tracker.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a highly related STEM field.
- 1+ years experience working directly with hardware architecture.
