About the Company
Proficient Peoplecraft Pvt. Ltd.ltd is seeking a creative Content Creator to support fashion-led brand communication and digital storytelling. This opportunity is designed for a fresher with formal exposure to Fashion Designing, Fashion Communication, Styling, or a related fashion design programme. The role offers a hybrid working environment across Thane and Bhiwandi and provides hands-on experience with visual content, social media and brand campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop fresh content ideas for Instagram, Reels and other social media channels.
- Create concepts around products, styling, fashion trends and brand storytelling.
- Assist with planning and execution of photo shoots and video shoots.
- Prepare mood boards, styling concepts, visual references, captions, scripts and content ideas.
- Participate in product shoots and day-to-day social media content creation.
- Track fashion, lifestyle and digital trends and suggest relevant creative directions.
- Support the marketing team with creative campaigns and maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and video editors to deliver content on schedule.
Requirements
- Fresher with an academic background in Fashion Designing, Fashion Communication, Styling or a related fashion design programme.
- Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, visual content and social media trends.
- Creative, confident and comfortable presenting ideas.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of colour, styling, aesthetics and visual presentation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Portfolio, college projects or relevant Instagram work will be an advantage.
