About the Company:
Prime Hire Inc is seeking a customer-focused Color Consultant to help customers plan and complete painting projects with confidence. The role sits within the sales and painting services space, guiding customers from an initial store interaction through consultation, contractor coordination, site supervision, and payment collection. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to customer homes and active work sites across Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, and Hosur. A bike is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in customers at stores, understand their requirements, and convert suitable enquiries into painting business.
- Conduct at-home consultations, support customers with product and shade selection, and share clear quotations.
- Coordinate with painting contractors and communicate work schedules to customers and project partners.
- Visit work-in-progress sites, supervise execution, and help ensure that work meets agreed expectations and quality standards.
- Follow up on customer payments and support prompt collection in line with defined payment terms.
- Stay connected with customers through completion, address concerns promptly, and contribute to a positive experience and strong Net Promoter Score.
Requirements
- Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, field coordination, or a related area.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and persuasive sales skills are important, along with an organized approach to quotations and follow-ups.
- Applicants should be willing to travel between stores, customer homes, and active sites in the listed locations.
- A bike is mandatory for the role.
- Compensation is ₹27,000–₹35,000 per month.
