Job Title: ERPNext Implementation Executive – IT Trainee
Eligibility:
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
- Location: On-site
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- ERPNext implementation and configuration support
- Understand business processes and map them into ERPNext
- Configure modules like HR, Payroll, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Accounts
- Assist in data migration and master-data preparation
- User training and day-to-day ERP support
- Identify ERP issues and coordinate for resolution
- Prepare SOPs, documentation and process flow
- Basic customization and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with different departments during implementation
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of ERP / business processes
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML/CSS preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn Frappe / ERPNext
- B.Tech IT/CS fresher with strong interest in ERP/software implementation preferred
