Responsibilities
- Supervise daily service-centre activities, job allocation, workflow, and bay utilization.
- Monitor service quality, inspect completed work, and help resolve technical or operational issues.
- Track job cards, turnaround time, pending work, repeat repairs, and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, parts teams, and customers to keep repairs progressing on schedule.
- Maintain workplace safety, process compliance, cleanliness, and accurate service documentation.
- Coach team members, support performance improvement, and escalate matters requiring management attention.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive service operations, workshop supervision, or a related customer-service environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of service workflows, basic vehicle maintenance processes, team coordination, and customer handling.
- Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the Guwahati service location and manage multiple priorities during busy periods.
- The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹23,000.
