Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on important business, growth, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze findings to support business decisions.
- Study local real estate markets to identify emerging trends, attractive opportunities, and high-potential areas.
- Translate research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Help design, document, and improve internal processes as the business scales.
- Support the development and refinement of systems and technology used across the business.
- Track initiatives, organize information, and collaborate with stakeholders to move priorities forward.
Requirements
- No prior work experience is required; motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity about business strategy, growth, startups, and the real estate sector.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights concisely.
- Comfort working independently, taking ownership, and adapting in a fast-moving environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and tools.
This is a three-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Jaipur, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to founder-led decision-making, market intelligence, business operations, and the systems that enable a growing real estate venture.
