Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting HR administrative tasks and maintaining employee records.
- Helping with onboarding new interns and employees.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn about HR functions in a professional setting.
