About ExamforU:
ExamforU is an early-stage EdTech startup building a white-label app for coaching institutes. Instead of paying ₹1–2 lakh/year to big platforms that put their brand on it, a coaching institute gets its own branded app — with online tests, AI doubt-solving, fee collection, attendance and admission management — at a fraction of the cost.
We're live, we have paying institutes, and we're now expanding across India.
The Role:
We're hiring Business Development Interns to help coaching institutes across India discover and adopt ExamforU. You'll be the first point of contact — finding institutes, explaining the product, and getting them onboarded.
This is a fully remote role. You can work from anywhere in India, and connect with institutes locally or entirely online (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email). In-person visits are optional, never mandatory.
What you'll do:
- Identify coaching institutes in your region and beyond (Google Maps, Instagram, JustDial, local networks)
- Reach out to institute owners and decision-makers — locally or online
- Explain how ExamforU solves their daily problems: tests, results, fees, doubts, admissions
- Book product demos and help convert interested institutes into onboarded customers
- Stay connected with institutes post-onboarding for support and feedback
- Maintain your leads and progress in a shared tracking sheet, with a short daily update
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Confidence in speaking to business owners over call/WhatsApp
- Self-driven — you can work independently without daily supervision
- Interest in sales, startups or EdTech
- No prior experience required — we provide complete training, pitch scripts and demo support
