Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of Twitter growth initiatives, including content distribution, audience engagement, and community-building activities.
- Track relevant conversations, trends, creators, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for stronger reach and interaction.
- Assist with drafting, scheduling, and optimizing posts while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and audience quality, and share actionable observations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test content ideas and improve performance through data-informed iteration.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, content, community management, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of Twitter/X content dynamics and audience engagement practices.
- Comfort with performance tracking, basic analysis, and learning from campaign results.
- Clear written communication, creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- This is a 2-month unpaid internship with performance-based learning and contribution opportunities.
