PepsiCo is hiring for the role of HR Sr Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Drive frontline hiring by collaborating with employment exchanges, conducting candidate screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and managing pre-employment testing. - Coordinate onboarding for plant employees, ensuring adherence to H2O onboarding requirements and completion of Day 1 and functional onboarding modules through My Learning. - Coordinate contractual hiring requirements with relevant departments based on business needs. - Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, payroll, schedules, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes. - Manage learning administration for identified employee groups, including training facilitation, tracking, follow-up, and closure. - Support employee engagement initiatives such as Dil Se, Plant Days, and other engagement programs, including related communications and surveys. - Drive the overall Business Unit digitization agenda, including Time & Attendance processes for PCI and NPCI workforces, Schoox, and other MyServices workflows. - Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR and plant processes through digital tools and automation. - Ensure compliance with central, state, and local employment regulations and statutory requirements, including AIB audit requirements. - Maintain confidential employee files and ensure documentation is complete and compliant for audit purposes. - Collaborate with Safety and Operations teams to track employee training, certifications, and required plant clearances. - Collaborate with the Welfare Officer to support and drive on-ground operational activities. - Coordinate training sessions, track completion, and maintain training records for TM, TR, and PE&O initiatives led by the Center of Excellence. - Support performance review cycles by managing timelines, forms, reminders, communications, and on-ground sessions. - Support PMP activation across objective setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end reviews for frontline employees. - Support the rollout of core people processes, including on-ground survey administration and roadshows for frontline employees covering Organizational Health and MPW. - Provide learning logistics support, including venue arrangements, vendor and trainer coordination, invoicing, attendance tracking, and feedback administration. - Organize and administer Code of Conduct training for frontline employees, new hires, and third-party employees. - Provide logistical support for HR events, including Rewards and Recognition programs, annual functional events, and HR town halls. - Support the creation of HR event materials, including communications, presentations, invitations, and related content. - Provide general administrative support to Plant leadership and HR leads through reports, presentations, data entry, and other operational activities. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR and plant processes. - Contribute to Business Unit HR Operations projects and deliverables as an integral member of the HR Operations team. - Act as a focal point for account-related HR operations deliverables. - Manage and maintain reporting repositories for account deliverables. - Identify opportunities for process enhancement, standardization, automation, and digitization. - Manage account-related HR queries through agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and designated communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of general professional experience in HR preferable in HR ops
  • Good customer enterface and focusing on employee experience excellence
  • Time management – ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
  • Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • MBA in HR
