Opportunity brief

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents. - Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements. - Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, internships, placements, and career opportunities. - Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals. - Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets. - Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads through calls and WhatsApp. - Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or relevant tracking system. - Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, demos, and other student interactions. - Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide accurate information. - Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process. - Coordinate with the Business Development, Telecalling, Marketing, and Academic teams for smooth admissions. - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to calls, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions. - Achieve individual and team-based admission and revenue targets. - Stay updated about the company's courses, programs, offers, certifications, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in admission counselling, education sales, or student counselling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the student admission and counselling process.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into admissions.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
