About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an MCQ and Content Curator. As an MCQ and Content Curator, your primary responsibility will be to curate Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and create accurate and comprehensive solutions. You will play a crucial role in developing high-quality content for various subjects, including Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Curate and develop MCQs for a range of subjects, including Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of MCQs
- Create detailed and well-structured solutions for each MCQ
- Review and revise existing MCQs and solutions to improve their quality and effectiveness
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure alignment with learning objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of education and assessment
- Maintain a repository of curated MCQs, solutions, and reference materials
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of MCQs and solutions
- Work closely with the content development team to contribute to the creation of comprehensive study materials and resources
- Participate in content review meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions
Requirements:
- Experience in curating MCQs and creating solutions, preferably in the field of education or assessment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness topics
- Excellent research skills to gather relevant information from reliable sources.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in content curation and solution creation
- Proficient in organizing and categorizing large amounts of content in a structured manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Hindi written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
