The Role Our Administrative Business Partners do more than support leaders, they are operational force multipliers for some of the busiest and most impactful teams at Palantir. We build trusted relationships, anticipate needs before they arise, and create systems that help teams move faster with greater clarity, precision, and leverage. We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and intellectually curious operator who is excited to grow beyond traditional administrative support. The strongest candidates will bring exceptional judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to learn how AI agents and automation can improve team operations. You will work closely with leaders, teammates, engineering partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Security organization runs smoothly, communicates effectively, and scales intelligently.
