Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern — PaintBharat Co.
About the Role:
Looking for someone passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and branding to help grow PaintBharat's online presence through real-world marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow PaintBharat's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and create engaging content, posts, and campaigns aligned with brand voice
- Develop monthly social media calendars and content strategies
- Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance; report insights regularly
- Collaborate closely with the design, product, and marketing teams to align messaging
- Contribute ideas to strengthen PaintBharat's digital identity and brand recall
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest ways to apply them to the brand
Requirements:
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or branding
- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook (organic growth, not just personal use)
- Good written communication and a creative eye for content
- Familiarity with content/design tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who can manage timelines and multiple content pieces at once
- Prior experience with a brand page, college fest social media, or personal content creation is a bonus
