The hackathon will be conducted in 2 Rounds:

Round 1 – Online Ppt Selection

Participants/teams Must Submit Their Own Innovative Project Idea Through This Google Form.
A Ppt Describing the Proposed Project Idea Must Be Uploaded Along with The Registration Form.
The Submitted Ppt's Will Be Evaluated by The Organizing Team Based On:
Shortlisted Participants/teams Will Receive a Round 1 Selection Confirmation Email.
The Selection Email Will Contain the Round 2 Registration Details and Payment Instructions.

Note: Submission of The Round 1 Form Does Not Guarantee Selection for Round 2.

Only Participants/teams Shortlisted from Round 1 Are Eligible to Participate in Round 2.
Registration Fee: ₹500 per Participant.
Selected Participants Will Receive the Payment Instructions Through Email.
Participants Must Complete the Payment Within the Specified Deadline to Confirm Their Participation.
The 24-Hour Hackathon Will Involve Ideation, Development, Testing, and Final Solution Presentation.

Unlike a Conventional Project Submission, Participants Will Not Be Required to Develop Their Round 1 Idea During the Hackathon.
Participants Will Select Their Preferred Theme During Round 2 Registration.(first Come First Serve Based)
The Actual Problem Statement Will Be Revealed on The Spot at The Beginning of The Hackathon.
Teams Must Understand the Given Problem Statement and Develop a Working Solution Within the 24-Hour Duration.
Participants Are Encouraged to Use Their Creativity and Technical Expertise to Develop Innovative and Practical Solutions.

Fusion X 1.0 Will Recognize and Reward the Top-Performing Team from Each Hackathon Theme.
