Opportunity brief
Build AI systems that are actually used
Most technology internships involve watching, assisting and working on projects that may never see the outside world.
This one doesn't.
You will join a fast-growing AI company and help build and operate real AI-powered systems used by international clients, including organisations across professional sport and other major industries.
You won't spend your internship making presentations, shadowing senior engineers or working on meaningless internal projects.
You will build.
You'll work with AI agents, n8n, APIs, automation, data enrichment and large language models to create systems that research companies, identify opportunities, personalise outreach and operate at scale.
And if you're exceptional, we'd like this internship to become the start of your career with us.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll learn how to take a client brief and turn it into a working AI-powered outbound system.
Working alongside our engineering team, you'll:
- Build sophisticated n8n workflows connecting multiple platforms, APIs and AI models
- Create AI agents that research companies and decision-makers
- Build data enrichment and prospect research workflows
- Use models including Claude and GPT to create intelligent research and personalisation layers
- Design and manage Airtable databases that power client campaigns
- Integrate APIs, webhooks and third-party platforms
- Help configure and manage email infrastructure and sending systems
- Monitor live automations and diagnose problems when something doesn't behave as expected
- Improve existing workflows to make them faster, smarter and more reliable
- Help launch and operate campaigns for real international clients
As you develop, you'll be given increasing ownership of campaigns and the opportunity to work directly with clients.
The technology you'll work with:
Our systems combine tools including:
- n8n
- Airtable
- Claude
- GPT
- APIs and webhooks
- Data enrichment platforms
- Email infrastructure
- Automation and AI agents
We don't expect you to know every tool already.
We do expect you to be very good at figuring things out.
Who we're looking for:
- We're much more interested in what you can build than what is written on your CV.
- You might be studying computer science, engineering, AI or another technical subject.
- You might also be completely self-taught. Either is fine.
- What matters is that you're the person who experiments with new technology because you're genuinely interested in it.
- You read documentation.
- You build things for fun.
- When something doesn't work, you want to understand why.
- When you discover a new AI model or automation platform, your instinct is to try it rather than just read about it.
- You probably already have projects sitting somewhere on your laptop that nobody asked you to build.
- That's the person we're looking for.
What we'd like you to know:
You should already have:
- Some practical experience building workflows in n8n
- Regular experience using Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- A basic understanding of APIs and how data moves between different systems
- Strong problem-solving ability
- The ability to learn new technology independently
- Good written and spoken English
You do not need previous professional experience.
Even better if you've experimented with:
- AI agents
- API integrations
- Webhooks
- Airtable
- Web scraping
- Data enrichment
- Apollo or similar platforms
- Smartlead, Instantly or other outbound tools
- Email deliverability
- SPF, DKIM and domain configuration
If you haven't, we'll teach you.
Why this internship is different:
- AI is changing what it means to be a software engineer.
- We think the best way to learn is to work directly with the technology driving that change.
- You'll spend your internship building with AI every day and seeing your work deployed into real commercial environments.
- There is no tutorial for many of the problems we solve.
- You'll need to experiment, research, test, fail occasionally, work out why, and build something better.
- That means you'll learn quickly.
- Within three months, you could have experience designing and operating AI infrastructure for organisations that millions of people around the world know.
- Very few internships can offer that.
Real responsibilities:
- We won't treat you like an intern if you demonstrate that you're capable of more.
- The better you become, the more responsibility you'll receive.
- Our goal is for the strongest interns to progress into permanent positions within the company, with the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly sophisticated AI systems as we grow.
- If you want an internship where somebody tells you exactly what to do every hour, this probably isn't for you.
- If you want somewhere that gives talented people responsibility quickly, it probably is.
Work setup:
- Fully remote from anywhere in India.
- 5-day working week.
- You'll work closely with our engineering team while having the freedom to manage your own work and solve problems independently.
One Final Thing:
DO NOT USE AI TO WRITE YOUR APPLICATION.
We work with AI all day. We know what AI-generated applications look like, and our own AI qualification system will be reviewing yours.
We would much rather read five imperfect sentences that you genuinely wrote than five perfect paragraphs generated by an LLM.
Use AI to build something brilliant.
Just don't use it to tell us why we should hire you.
Show us what you can build, tell us why you built it, and tell us what you want to learn next.
