Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers through online research, networking, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, product presentations, and conversion activities.
- Assist with social media, email marketing, content coordination, and basic digital marketing execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer conversations, and sales progress.
- Engage with potential clients and qualify leads over phone and email.
- Convert data leads into meaningful connections – no product selling involved.
- Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns and deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- No prior work experience is required; freshers with strong motivation are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online customer acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication, persuasion, organization, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
- Applicants should be comfortable working full-time from the New Delhi office.
