About the Company
Openmind HR Solution is hiring a Ground Associate for a six-month field engagement supporting the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation project. The role is suited to an experienced, community-oriented professional who can work confidently outdoors and maintain accurate records in a fast-moving civic project environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground surveys and household or community profiling across assigned areas.
- Coordinate field activities at the booth level and maintain effective communication with local stakeholders.
- Collect, verify, and organise field data systematically.
- Maintain timely and accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Travel within assigned locations and complete daily field activities according to project requirements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in field operations, surveys, community outreach, data collection, or a related role.
- Comfort working outdoors and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Clear communication, dependable coordination skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to record information accurately and submit updates on time.
- Availability for the full six-month project engagement.
- Laptop is mandatory.
