Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gather and analyze client requirements for Odoo implementation.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
- Provide functional training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
- Prepare documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Assist in data migration and system testing.
- Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Odoo functionalities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
