Responsibilities
- Make professional telephonic calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and introduce relevant wealth management offerings.
- Schedule and participate in meetings, prepare introductory pitches, and present information clearly.
- Support lead follow-up, maintain accurate interaction records, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Contribute ideas for outreach and marketing activities that improve engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English with confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of wealth management and a willingness to learn financial products and client needs.
- Comfort with making calls, conducting conversations, attending meetings, and delivering sales pitches.
- Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to work full-time from the Mumbai office.
