Overview:

On Your Mocks is an MBA entrance preparation platform built for students preparing for CAT and other management entrance examinations.
We are looking for a small group of ambitious students to work directly on the growth of the platform.
This is not a fixed-stipend internship.
Instead, your earnings are directly linked to the business you generate, with uncapped performance-based commissions of up to 20% of revenue.
If you are interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, growth or eventually building something of your own, this role gives you something most internships cannot:
A real product. Real customers. Real revenue. And numbers you can actually put on your CV.
What Will You Work On:
- Understand On Your Mocks' test series, courses and student value proposition.
- Identify CAT/OMET aspirants within your college, personal network and relevant student communities.
- Generate qualified leads through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, student groups, referrals and campus networks.
- Speak with interested students and understand what they are looking for before recommending an appropriate OYM offering.
- Experiment with your own outreach and conversion strategies rather than simply forwarding promotional messages.
- Help us build relationships with student communities, college clubs and relevant campus groups.
- Maintain a simple record of leads, conversations and conversions.
- Share student feedback directly with the founder so that our messaging and offerings continue to improve.
You will receive the product information, sales material, creatives, referral tracking and guidance required to get started.
What Can You Earn:
This is a commission-only role with no fixed stipend and no cap on earnings.
- Up to ₹49,999 monthly revenue generated — 10% commission
- ₹50,000+ monthly revenue generated — 15% commission
- ₹1,00,000+ monthly revenue generated — 20% commission
Commission is calculated on successfully realized, non-refunded revenue attributed to you through your assigned tracking mechanism.
There is no upper limit on what you can earn.
Performance Recognition:
- 3 successful product sales → Internship Completion Certificate
- ₹25,000+ cumulative revenue → Eligibility for a personalized Letter of Recommendation based on your performance and contribution

Who Should Apply:
We are particularly interested in:
- MBA/PGDM students, especially first-year students who have recently experienced CAT/XAT/OMET preparation.
- Final-year undergraduate students from B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BA and similar programs who have strong networks of MBA entrance aspirants.
- Students who are currently preparing for, or have previously prepared for, CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP or other MBA entrance examinations.
- Members of E-Cells, placement committees, marketing clubs, entrepreneurship societies, consulting clubs, college societies or student communities.
- Candidates who have previously worked in sales, business development, campus ambassador programs, sponsorship, event marketing or community building.
- People who are comfortable starting conversations, understanding another person's requirement and persuading ethically.
This Internship Will Suit You If:
You would rather be judged on what you can build and sell than how many hours you sit online.
You want actual numbers such as:
"Generated ₹1.2 lakh in revenue"
instead of another CV line saying:
"Assisted the marketing team."
You are comfortable taking ownership without someone following up with you every day.
You have access to student communities or are confident that you can build that access.
And most importantly, you understand that this is a performance-driven opportunity, not a certificate-for-attendance internship.
