About the Company
Omniventra Manpower Solutions is hiring for a PEB and steel structure manufacturing environment serving heavy engineering requirements. The organisation values practical design expertise, production accuracy, and dependable coordination between engineering and shop-floor teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop designs for pre-engineered buildings and related steel structures using ProNest and material nesting workflows.
- Plan material usage, nesting layouts, cutting requirements, and bills of materials to support efficient fabrication.
- Review drawings, dimensions, quantities, and BOMs for accuracy before release to production.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to resolve design and material-related issues.
- Maintain design records and incorporate revisions while meeting project schedules and manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- 1 to 5+ years of relevant practical experience in PEB design or steel structure manufacturing.
- Mandatory hands-on proficiency in ProNest, material nesting, and BOM planning.
- Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, structural components, material optimisation, and production documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical information accurately and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Suitable for candidates who can work full-time in Jamshedpur within a heavy engineering or steel manufacturing setup.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering a monthly salary of ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, with the final package aligned to relevant expertise and practical capability.
