About the Company
Offer Studios Private Limited is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day merchant operations, offer creation, merchant onboarding, and partner support. We are a fast-paced fintech environment, and the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and proactive.
Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and manage offers across merchants, brands, banks, and payment partners.
- Onboard new merchants and ensure all required information and documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for offer launches, changes, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to merchant queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor live offers and transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with technology, sales, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support merchant training and explain the TOSS platform and offer processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, merchant management, fintech, payments, banking, or e-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and web-based platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Prior experience with offers, EMI, payments, POS, merchant onboarding, or fintech will be an advantage.
