Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze client processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation.
- Manage client-raised tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant business analysis tools and methodologies.
