- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including RF and fiber optic devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot network equipment from vendors like MikroTik and Ubiquiti (Ubnt).
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and implement new solutions.
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, specifically within the Telecom-ISP industry.
- Proficient knowledge of RF and fiber devices.
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Ubiquiti (Ubnt) equipment.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and best practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
