Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and related roles, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand hiring requirements, prepare focused search strategies, and partner with stakeholders to meet recruitment timelines.
- Conduct candidate outreach, preliminary assessments, and structured communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, provide hiring updates, and support a smooth joining process.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment or a technology-focused hiring environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and work effectively with internal teams.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up practices.
- Organized, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced office environment.
- Willingness to work from the NOD Networks office in Noida.
