NimbleGTM is hiring for RevOps & GTM Engineering Intern
About the Company
NimbleGTM is a Revenue Operations and Go-To-Market Engineering consultancy that helps B2B organizations build, optimize, and scale their revenue systems. The team works with clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia on HubSpot, CRM architecture, workflow automation, sales operations, marketing operations, and modern GTM technology. This role offers practical exposure to client projects, business technology, and structured operational problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HubSpot CRM implementation, configuration, optimization, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Support outbound infrastructure, sales workflows, and operational systems using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, Make, n8n, and AI-powered workflows.
- Contribute to live B2B client projects, research solutions, prepare client-facing deliverables, and document processes.
- Identify operational challenges, recommend practical improvements, and progressively take ownership of assigned work.
- Collaborate with founders and senior consultants while communicating clearly with distributed teams and clients.
Requirements
- Open to freshers and candidates with no prior RevOps or HubSpot experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, structured thinking, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about technology, automation, sales, business operations, or GTM systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Proactive ownership, reliability, and comfort with researching solutions and working independently.
- A personal laptop capable of running modern web applications and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability for full-time work and collaboration in a remote environment.
Training will be provided. High-performing team members may be considered for a future full-time opportunity, subject to performance and business requirements. The monthly compensation for this job listing is ₹20,000–₹28,000.
