Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Support the screening and shortlisting of applications based on defined criteria. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Conduct market research on talent trends and competitor activities. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts. Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team. Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategy discussions. Help in organizing and attending career fairs or recruitment events. Requirements : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Skills and Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, essential for effective candidate engagement and data management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are highly valued in this role. Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR best practices is a plus, demonstrating a foundational understanding of talent acquisition.
