Nexplan is hiring for AI Automation Intern!
Responsibilities:
- Research AI agents, automation solutions, and emerging platforms that can support business and content workflows.
- Find and evaluate suitable tools for LinkedIn content creation, publishing, engagement, commenting, and reply automation.
- Design automated workflows that connect research, content creation, posting, commenting, and response activities.
- Explore different approaches to automating LinkedIn content and engagement while considering quality, consistency, and responsible usage.
- Test and compare AI automation platforms, documenting their capabilities, limitations, ease of use, and practical outcomes.
- Recommend the most suitable AI automation approach for Nexplan based on the team's goals and workflow requirements.
- Help implement the selected system and contribute to its configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Monitor results, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and suggest improvements to the chosen automation system.
- Maintain clear documentation of tools reviewed, workflows designed, experiments conducted, results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical automation tasks.
Requirements:
- This is a 1-month, unpaid internship for candidates interested in artificial intelligence, automation, content systems, and technology-enabled productivity.
- No prior professional experience is specified; curiosity, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly are important. Candidates should be comfortable researching unfamiliar tools, comparing technology platforms, organizing information, testing workflows, and working responsibly in a remote environment.
- An interest in LinkedIn content and engagement processes, AI agents, no-code or low-code automation, and practical experimentation will be valuable. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to AI automation research, workflow design, platform evaluation, implementation support, and iterative problem-solving.
