NexBuildOn Community is a technology-focused community that connects students, developers, creators, innovators, and industry professionals through meaningful learning, collaboration, leadership, and networking opportunities. The community conducts Tech Talks, hackathons, ideathons, workshops, meetups, conferences, coding competitions, AI showcases, open-source programs, and college chapter initiatives across India. Its mission is to help students learn, lead, collaborate, innovate, and grow within a vibrant technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's meeting schedule and calendar, including Google Meet meetings, interviews, and internal discussions.
- Send invitations, reminders, agendas, and follow-up communications while maintaining clear records.
- Prepare accurate Minutes of Meetings and track action items through completion.
- Coordinate with community managers, interns, volunteers, leadership teams, speakers, mentors, colleges, and external collaborators.
- Maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and operational records using Google Workspace and related tools.
- Support planning and execution of community initiatives, events, leadership meetings, and cross-team activities.
- Facilitate communication between departments, protect confidential information, and help ensure timely delivery of priorities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing any undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized college or university; students from all disciplines may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, Microsoft Office, documentation, and meeting management.
- A proactive, dependable, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and solve problems professionally.
- Availability for approximately 5–8 hours per week and willingness to work responsibly in a remote environment.
- Previous leadership or administrative experience is helpful but not mandatory.
This is a six-month, remote, part-time, unpaid leadership internship for students seeking practical exposure to operations, administration, project coordination, leadership, and community management. The intern will receive direct mentorship from the Founder and work closely with the Core Leadership Team.
