NexBuildOn Community is hiring for the role of Executive Secretary Intern! About NexBuildOn Community: NexBuildOn Community is a next-generation tech community dedicated to bringing together students, developers, creators, innovators and industry professionals through impactful tech events, collaborative initiatives, leadership opportunities, innovation, and meaningful networking. We organize Tech Talks, Hackathons, Ideathons, Techathons, Workshops, Community Meetups, Developer Conferences, Coding Competitions, AI Showcases, Open Source Programs, and various technology initiatives while establishing NexBuildOn College Chapters across engineering colleges and universities across India. Our mission is to empower students by creating opportunities to learn, lead, collaborate, innovate, and grow within a vibrant technology ecosystem. About the Role: NexBuildOn Community is looking for a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Executive Secretary to work directly with the Founder and Core Leadership Team. As an Executive Secretary, you will play a vital role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking team progress, facilitating communication across departments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the community. This opportunity is ideal for students who aspire to build careers in leadership, operations, administration, project management, and organizational management. Responsibilities of the Intern: Manage the Founder's meeting schedule and calendar. Schedule Google Meet meetings, interviews, and internal discussions. Send meeting invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoMs). Coordinate with Community Managers, interns, volunteers, and leadership teams. Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups with respective teams. Maintain internal documents, spreadsheets, reports, and records. Assist the Founder in planning and executing community initiatives. Coordinate with speakers, mentors, colleges, and external collaborators when required. Support the smooth execution of community events and leadership meetings. Ensure effective communication between different teams. Maintain confidentiality of internal discussions and documents. Requirements: Be currently pursuing any undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized college or university. Students from any course or discipline are welcome to apply. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities. Be comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet). Be detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive. Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Be available to dedicate approximately 5–8 hours per week. Previous leadership or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory. Benefits: Official Offer Letter.
