Nearestate is hiring for the role of Social Media Content Producer and Creator!
About the Company:
Nearestate is a proptech platform helping people discover and engage with real estate opportunities through a digital-first experience. We are looking for a Social Media Content Producer and Creator to build the brand presence of nearestate.in and create engaging property-focused content for digital audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and produce social media content for Nearestate across relevant platforms, including reels, posts, stories, short-form videos, and property features.
- Visit properties and capture high-quality 360° visual content that gives prospective buyers and tenants an immersive view of spaces, layouts, amenities, and surroundings.
- Coordinate property shoots from pre-production through delivery, including planning shot lists, arranging access, checking on-site presentation, and ensuring complete coverage.
- Work with RealView 360 and BuildView workflows to create, organize, review, and publish immersive property experiences and supporting social content.
- Turn property details, real estate insights, and product capabilities into clear, compelling, and visually engaging narratives.
- Write captions, scripts, descriptions, and campaign copy while maintaining a consistent and credible brand voice.
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and coordination with internal marketing, product, and business teams.
- Track content performance, audience behaviour, and campaign results, using insights to improve reach, engagement, and property discovery.
- Stay informed about social media trends, creator formats, video techniques, and emerging real estate technology.
Requirements:
- Two years of relevant experience in social media content production, digital content, marketing, video production, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing videos, reels, photographs, graphics, and other social-first assets.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to present properties in an attractive, accurate, and engaging manner.
- Comfort working on location at properties and managing shoots independently.
- Interest in 360° media, immersive visual experiences, proptech, real estate, or digital products.
- Ability to work with structured content workflows such as RealView 360 and BuildView, or learn them quickly.
- Excellent writing, communication, organization, and execution skills.
- A portfolio of social media, video, property, lifestyle, or related content is preferred.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Hyderabad, offering annual compensation of ₹4–7 LPA.
