- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our telesales system.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and restaurant news to effectively communicate with customers.
- Contribute to a positive and customer-focused sales environment.
