Overview
NIT Jamshedpur is hosting a model presentation and competition on 12th December 2026 as part of Industry-Academia Conclave-2026 (IAC-2026). The event invites students from both engineering and non-engineering institutions and schools (Std. 5th onwards) to demonstrate their creativity, innovative ideas, and technical skills by showcasing modern applications of science and technologies.

Form a team of up to four members and present one working model or mobile app that brings your ideas to life! Choose from the listed technology themes or surprise us with your own innovation — a creative solution that blends science, technology, and imagination.
Who can participate?
- College Students (B.Tech/BE/B.Sc. Engg., Diploma Engg., ITI, /Non-Engineering Colleges/Universities, etc.
- School Students (Std. 5 onwards)
Guidelines:
- A team will consist of a maximum of 4 members.
- Inter-college/Inter-school teams are also allowed.
- Inter-specialization team members are allowed.
- The team will carry a working model with A2 size poster for presenting the idea (Landscape)
Rules:
- Teams will present their working model to the jury. Based on novelty, application, and feasibility, the jury will decide the winner, first runner-up, second runner-up, and consolation prizes.
