Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with campus communities, promoting Mystartupwave's initiatives and brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with student organizations, faculty, and career services at various educational institutions.
- Organize and host events, workshops, and informational sessions to attract top talent and foster community growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Mystartupwave at campus events and career fairs.
- Gather feedback from the campus community to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist in identifying potential candidates for future roles within the company.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of students and faculty.
- Proven ability to organize and manage events effectively.
- Enthusiasm for building communities and a passion for the fintech industry.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in community management, student leadership, or event planning is a plus.
