Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain our programs and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries.
- Identify interested prospects and schedule appointments.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Are willing to learn customer engagement and sales.
- Can commit to the internship for 1 month.
- Has good communication skills in Tamil and average English
- Confident speaking with customers over calls
