Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain MyOnline Vakeel's legal services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the legal/service team for customer onboarding.
- Provide regular sales and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
