Note : This Internship is only for the students of Maharashtra , Gujarat , Rajasthan , Delhi , Karnataka MyCaptain is actively hiring for the role of Campus Manager Intern! Roles and Responsibilities: Spearhead student outreach and engagement initiatives within university campuses. Organize and promote MyCaptain workshops, webinars, and events to drive participation. Build and maintain strong relationships with student leaders, faculty, and university administration. Recruit and onboard student ambassadors to represent MyCaptain on campus. Manage event logistics, including venue booking, material distribution, and on-site coordination. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program delivery. Track and report on key performance indicators related to campus engagement and event success. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campus-specific promotional strategies. Identify opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations within academic institutions. Contribute to the overall growth and brand presence of MyCaptain in educational ecosystems. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential and experience in student organizations or campus activities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Enthusiasm for education, skill development, and community building. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse student populations and university stakeholders. Proven leadership capabilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating peers, ideally demonstrated through experience in student organizations or campus leadership roles. A proactive and self-driven approach to task management, with the ability to independently organize, execute, and follow through on initiatives.
