Mosaic Wellness is hiring for the role of Logistics and Supply Chain Marketplace Operations Executive for International Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels. - Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning. - Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence. - Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis. - Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders. - Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations. - Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal. - Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Exposure to cross-border ecommerce logistics
- Understanding of VAT and compliance documentation.
- Experience coordinating with 3PL and warehousing partners.
