Opportunity brief
Moonshot Factory Inc. is hiring for AI Product Reviewer/Beta-Testing Intern (Full-Stack AI Engineering)
About the Company
Moonshot Factory is an AI-native engineering firm. Our engineers and AI agents work directly with teams to build, test and run AI and software products, from idea to operation. Through Moonshot Factory Studio we also build our own products. One of them, an AI agent observability platform, currently in stealth mode, launches publicly in November.
About the internship
We're selecting a small group of student engineers to review and test that platform hard before launch. You'll connect it to an AI app or agent you have built or can built, use it as a real team would, and tell us exactly what's broken, confusing or missing.
What you'll do
- Connect the product to your own AI project (agent, chatbot, RAG app, LLM tool) and send real usage through it
- Find bugs, gaps, confusing flows and missing features, and write clear, reproducible reports
- Suggest improvements from a product point of view, not just a technical one
- Join short calls with the founder and use office hours when you need help
Who we're looking for
- Students who have built and deployed at least one AI project that uses an LLM, ideally one that's live or used by someone
- Comfortable with full-stack work and AI coding tools
- A product mindset: you notice why something is frustrating, not just that it broke
- Clear written communication in English
- Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Available for clarification calls in at least one of these windows when needed:
- 4:30–7:30 pm IST
- 10:30 pm–12:00 am IST
What you get
- Hands-on experience with a real, full-lifecycle AI SaaS product before its public launch
- Direct mentorship from the founder
- Cash rewards for the best testers: ₹15,000 for the top tester and about ₹8,000 each for the next four, judged on the quality and impact of findings, not the number filed
- Top performers may be offered a founding full-stack AI engineer role after Phase 1
- A certificate and a reference for strong contributors
Selection process
- Apply (details below) with your resume and a 5–7 minute intro video
- Shortlist: 5–15 candidates, contacted by October 17
- 30-minute video interview
- Phase 1 - Product Review/Testing phase (2–4 weeks from October 19), with clear outcome guidelines shared after selection
- Founding roles offered to the top 2–3 engineers after the review phase
