Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through phone, digital channels, and in-person conversations to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate customer enquiries, service requests, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely updates on service progress.
- Build positive, long-term customer relationships while addressing concerns courteously and escalating issues when required.
- Support customer retention activities and help the team achieve service quality and relationship goals.
Requirements
- Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to remain organized in a busy automobile environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with maintaining customer information and reports.
- Prior exposure to automobile sales, service, dealerships, or customer support will be useful but is not mandatory.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Pallavaram, Chennai, with an annual compensation range of ₹2.4–3 LPA.
