Role Overview:
Social Media Management at MonkyVision is about consistency, brand alignment, and seamless execution. We're seeking a Social Media Intern who is organized, reliable, and ready to take charge of our digital channels. You will work closely with our senior creative team to publish provided content, optimize posts across platforms, and maintain consistent output across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Platform Publishing: Publish pre-designed graphics, videos, carousels, and announcements provided by senior team members across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Content Optimization: Tailor captions, tags, post formats, and descriptions to match platform best practices.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage content calendars and schedule regular posts using platforms like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools.
- Community Engagement: Monitor page activity, respond to comments and direct messages, and help keep profile engagement high.
- Profile Maintenance: Keep channel graphics, bios, links, and highlight reels accurate and updated according to current campaigns.
- Team Alignment: Work directly with senior creators and strategists to execute posting schedules on time.
Requirements:
Technical & Platform Skills:
- Hands-on familiarity with posting mechanics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (including YouTube Shorts and Reels).
- Basic understanding of social media scheduling tools, hashtags, taggings, and audience engagement practices.
- Fundamental awareness of platform layout tools like Canva or Meta Business Suite.
Soft Skills & Traits:
- High attention to detail with zero tolerance for typos, incorrect tags, or broken links.
- Ability to follow senior instructions accurately and manage daily timelines efficiently.
