Roles And Responsibilities
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle questions or complaints.

Freshers and Experienced can apply
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong Negotiation skills to reach mutually agreeable payment solutions.
- 12th / 2nd PU is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent Problem Solving abilities to address customer concerns and find resolutions.
