Mishuk Labs is building an AI company for the recruitment space. As an early-stage startup, we work closely with the market to understand real problems, identify the right opportunities, and create practical solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how B2B growth takes shape inside a fast-moving technology company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and support business development initiatives.
- Research relevant companies and decision-makers, build lead lists, and contribute to personalized outreach.
- Use LinkedIn to identify prospects, understand their context, and support meaningful engagement.
- Explore Reddit and other online communities to identify conversations, needs, and growth opportunities.
- Research SEO, GEO, and AEO topics that can improve discoverability and content strategy.
- Support content creation, LinkedIn growth, and experiments across emerging distribution channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and share clear, actionable insights with the team.
Requirements
- Strong curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn quickly.
- Good research ability and comfort working with LinkedIn and online communities.
- Clear, thoughtful written communication.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, startups, business development, or growth.
- Ability to experiment, execute independently, and learn from results.
Prior years of experience are not required. We value how you think, how quickly you learn, and whether you take ownership of execution. This is a fully remote, 3-month internship with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month and performance incentives that can provide additional earning opportunities based on impact.
