Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful process integration.
- Document process flows, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide training and support to employees on new process implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
- BCA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, or Diploma in Computer Science students are eligible to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
