About
Migsak is a Bengaluru software company that builds websites, web apps, mobile apps and automation for businesses. We are a small team, so an intern here works on real client projects and is trusted to take features from an empty repository to production.
We build with AI tools every day. Claude, Cursor, Antigravity and similar tools are part of how we design, write, review and ship code, and we expect you to already work this way.
What You Will Do:
- Take features or small products from idea to deployment with minimal hand-holding
- Design clean interfaces and build them as working front-end code
- Build APIs and backend services, and model the data behind them
- Use AI coding tools to move fast while understanding and owning every line you ship
- Share progress in a daily online check-in and demo your work at in-person meetups
What We Are Looking For:
- You can start on a problem alone without waiting to be told each step
- You pick up a new framework or tool in days
- Working knowledge of front end, APIs, backend and databases
- Enough design sense to make a screen look clean and usable
- At least one project you built from scratch and deployed yourself
Nice to have: React, Next.js, Flutter, Node.js, FastAPI or PostgreSQL, a public GitHub, or any freelance project experience.
Schedule and Commitment:
- Remote, at least 4 focused hours every weekday
- 8 hours available across the weekend
- Short daily online meeting
- In-person meetups in Bengaluru, at least twice a month
- Full commitment for the complete 3 months
Stipend:
The first 3 months are unpaid. A stipend is considered after that, based on the work you ship. You also get an internship certificate and a recommendation based on your work.
