Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly explain the company's accommodation services.
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead information, and daily call reports.
- Work consistently toward daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding.
- Provide helpful customer service and resolve basic enquiries related to the company's offerings.
Requirements
- Graduate qualification preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and contribute to sales conversions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
- Target-driven, organized, and result-oriented approach to work.
- Applicants should be comfortable working full-time from the company's on-site location in Andheri West, Mumbai.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the accommodation services industry, suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and sales-oriented work. The selected candidate will receive a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month and will be expected to represent the company professionally while supporting business growth.
