Requirements
- Relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, ICT, engineering or related discipline)
- Previous experience working on online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork. Freelance, or Zoho Recruit) is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Speaking English fluently and excellent English writing skills, with the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Innovative data-driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment.
- Strong ownership and ability to work fully independently, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Time is flexible with a good sense of work/life balance, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Lifelong learner with a passion for making an impact, with the desire to improve continuously and grow both personally and professionally.
