About Meera Labs
- Meera Labs is building practical AI-powered products for businesses. We are looking for a Product & Growth Intern for a 3-month remote internship with an immediate start.
Role Overview
- Spend about 40% of your time on user outreach, customer discovery, and feedback.
- Spend about 60% of your time on product and growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Help us reach 10 new paying customers per week through organic outreach and paid growth work.
Responsibilities
- Identify target users and prospects, gather feedback, and turn insights into experiments.
- Run acquisition, activation, and retention experiments and track results.
- Support landing pages, messaging, content, partnerships, and paid campaigns.
- Work closely with the founder and share weekly progress updates.
Requirements
- Strong communication, curiosity, and ownership.
- Interest in startups, products, marketing, sales, or growth.
- Comfortable with research, spreadsheets, and basic analytics.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- ₹7,500 per month stipend.
- 5% uncapped commission on each sale generated.
- 5,000 Meera Coins.
